H2O Boat Tow serves both lakes as a TowBoatUS operator, and crews can launch from any public ramp on either one. Beyond them, the company’s service area is the whole eastern side of Texas, from the Gulf coast to Arkansas — a reach of about 120 miles by road from any of its ports.
When you call, tell us
- Where you are — a GPS position, or the nearest ramp, marina or landmark.
- How many people are aboard.
- The boat’s make and length.
- What the boat is doing, or not doing.
- Your TowBoatUS or BoatUS membership number, if you carry one.
Members’ covered services — towing, soft ungroundings, jump starts and fuel delivery — are paid 100% by BoatUS with no paperwork. Non-members are served at posted rates, quoted before the boat leaves the dock; we work with insurance policies that carry towing, and cash pay is accepted.
