Its service area is the entire eastern side of Texas, Gulf coast to Arkansas, about 120 miles by road from any of its ports.
Lake Ray Hubbard
21,671 acres on the East Fork of the Trinity.
Ray Hubbard sits one mile west of Rockwall and spreads across Collin, Dallas, Rockwall and Kaufman counties. Maximum depth is 40 feet, and it was impounded in 1968.

Lake Lavon
21,400 acres in Collin County.
Lavon lies four miles northeast of Wylie off Texas Highway 78. Maximum depth is 59 feet; it was impounded in 1953 and doubled in size in 1974.

My boat broke down on Lake Ray Hubbard. Who can I call?

I ran out of gas on Lake Lavon. Can you bring fuel out to me?

On a covered membership call, a member pays for the fuel itself and nothing more. Non-members are served at posted rates, quoted before the boat leaves the dock.
Dead battery and the engine won’t turn over. Can you jump it?
Battery jump starts are one of the standard jobs here, day or night, on (844) 262-8869. Jump starts are covered for members.
If the jump does not hold, the boat is towed to a repair facility instead of leaving you to try it twice.
My boat is stuck on a sandbar. Is that a tow or a salvage?
A soft ungrounding is a boat that is upright, undamaged, surrounded by water and freeable in about fifteen minutes with one boat and one line. That is towing work, and a towing membership covers it.
Anything else is salvage. Salvage is not covered by any towing membership and is normally paid by the boat owner’s insurance. The captain tells you which one you have before a line goes on the boat.
My boat sank. Who does the recovery?
H2O Boat Tow handles salvage and recovery on both lakes, on (844) 262-8869. The work uses divers, salvage pumps, lift bags and high-capacity dewatering pumps, with fuel-spill containment, photo documentation and condition reports for the insurance file.
Insurance-assigned salvage is accepted on fixed-price or time-and-materials scopes, most carriers can be billed directly, and certificates of insurance and references are available on request.
Something is wrapped around my prop, or I dropped it over the side.
